Privacy notice

Utilitycraftline is the data controller for personal data sent to 1 Red Lane, Eshott, NE61 1AP, United Kingdom, or to hello@utilitycraftline.click. This notice covers the website and commissions for executive KPI dashboards in multi-site retail operations.

What we collect

From the enquiry form: name, email, optional shop count, optional date, chosen commission, and the message. From email or telephone: whatever you choose to send, which may include job titles and shop names. From cookies: see the cookie notice. We do not ask for payment-card numbers on this site.

Why we use it

To reply to an enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver a commission, invoice, and keep records required in the United Kingdom. The legal bases are steps toward a contract, our legitimate interest in running a small practice, and legal obligation where tax or complaint records must be kept.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months unless you ask us to delete sooner. Commission files, invoices, and related emails are kept for six years after the tax year of the work, then reviewed for deletion. Working copies of till extracts that contain staff names are minimised; ask us to return or destroy them after handover.

Sharing

We share data with the email and hosting providers that carry this site, and with an accountant where invoices require it. We do not sell lists. If a subcontractor typesets a pack, they receive only what that task needs and are under written confidence.

International transfers

Our primary filing is in the United Kingdom. If a host or email provider stores a copy outside the UK, we rely on a transfer tool recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or contractual clauses, as applicable at the time.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where those rights apply. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise a right, write to hello@utilitycraftline.click or to the Eshott address. We may need to confirm who you are before we act.

Children

This site is aimed at retail operators. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
