Regional review day
A facilitated half-day with area managers, walking last period’s shops in order, with the numbers on paper and the excuses tested against the diary.
From £2,400 per day including preparation
Regional review days exist because a spreadsheet on a projector turns into a tour of favourite shops. We print the rank, start at the bottom third, and only then look at the units that had a refit, a new manager, or a road closure.
The mild discomfort is the point. Wage percentage is discussed with the roster in the room. Conversion is discussed with whoever owns the door counter. If a figure cannot be defended, it is parked in writing rather than argued into a comfortable round number.
We travel. Multi-site retail in the United Kingdom is not run from one postcode. If the estate is in the Midlands and the office is in Eshott, we come to you.
Who it is for
Regional and area managers who inherit a mixed estate and need a shared reading before the next ops call.
What you leave with
A marked pack, a list of three actions per priority shop, and a note of which figures the room still disputes.
Included
- Pre-read pack issued 48 hours before the room
- Facilitation for up to eight managers
- Action list issued the next working day
Not included
- Store walk-throughs of every unit (those can be booked separately)
- HR performance processes
- Supplier negotiations
How the work runs
Pre-read
We mark the shops that need airtime so the room does not spend an hour on the easiest win.
Room
Paper packs only. Laptops stay closed unless someone must fetch a till file.
Write-back
Actions named with an owner and a week, not a programme.
Time and place
Half a day on site, plus two days of pack preparation.
At your head office, a hired room near the estate, or a flagship shop after close. Travel from Eshott is billed at cost.
Next step
Propose two dates after your next period close and how many area managers will sit in.
